Exchange Policy

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products. Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds for any purchase. We will gladly facilitate an exchange only under the specific conditions outlined below.

1. Exchange Eligibility (Damaged Items Only)

An item is only eligible for exchange if it arrives damaged or defective.

  • Time Limit: You must contact us and notify us of the damage within [Number] days of receiving your order. We cannot process an exchange if the notification is received outside of this window.

  • Proof Required: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to both the product and the original shipping packaging.

  • Original Condition: The damaged item must be returned to us in its original packaging.

Items Ineligible for Exchange:

The following conditions do not qualify for an exchange:

  • Buyer's Remorse: If you simply change your mind or dislike the item.

  • Incorrect Size/Color: We are not responsible for size or color choices made incorrectly by the customer.

  • Items Damaged by Customer: Any damage that occurs after successful delivery and is not a manufacturing defect.

2. The Exchange Process (In-Store Only)

If your item arrived damaged, follow these steps to secure your replacement:​

  1. Initiate Contact: Call us immediately at 82656855 to report the damage and provide your order number. A customer service representative will guide you through the next steps.

  2. Submit Evidence: Following your call, you must provide us the required photographic evidence of the damage to both the product and the original packaging. 

  3. In-Store Exchange: Once we review the evidence and approve the exchange, you must bring the damaged item (in its original packaging) to our store location:107 Eunos Ave 3. Upon verification of the damaged item in person, you will immediately be given your replacement.

3. Policy on Unavailable Items

If the exact item you ordered is out of stock and cannot be replaced, we will offer you store credit for the full purchase price, including the original shipping cost. This store credit can be used toward any other item in our shop.
