Can I change my order details?

Absolutely! You can change your order details by dropping us a WhatsApp message at +65 82656855 or emailing us at skfleur.singapore@gmail.com
Please let us know at least a day in advance so we can update your changes in time.

Does SKfleur provide next-day-delivery and how do I qualify for the next-day-delivery?

To qualify for next-day delivery, please ensure your order is placed at least 24 hours before the start of your desired delivery time slot.
Example: If you want the Morning Slot (starting at 10:00 AM), you must place your order by 2:00 PM the day before.

Where do you deliver?

We currently provide island wide delivery in Singapore except for Jurong Island, Army Camps, Tuas and Changi Airport.

What are delivery fees?

Good news! Our standard delivery is $8! 🎉
And, $15 delivery fee for Premium Areas (Sentosa and Marina Bay Sands).

How do I make a self pickup/collection?

  • You can collect your order from our floral store

  • Self-Collection Point: ​107 Eunos Ave 3, Singapore 409837

  • Simply select the self-collection option during checkout, and we’ll have your order ready for pickup at our store..

Can I amend the delivery details?

Absolutely! You can update the delivery details, but please let us know at least a day in advance so we can ensure everything goes smoothly.

I only require the flowers the next morning, will the flowers still be fresh if I have it delivered the day before?

Rest assured, your bouquet will stay fresh for the next few months from the moment it arrives.
To keep them looking their best, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct heat or sunlight.
